   Units are scanned into the order at collection. Weight band and piece count lock in before the truck moves.

   Hub scan

   Every piece is re-verified when routed through a hub. Exceptions surface immediately — no silent gaps.

   Door or collect

   Completion is evidenced with photos on delivery and exception paths — door and collect share one trace.
